Emily Jane Moore is an accomplished pastry chef having baked and decorated Contemporary Wedding cakes, Baby & Christening cakes and Birthday & Anniversary cakes, during the past ten years. She holds the City and Guilds Patisserie, and the Centra Sugarcraft Certificates.

Emily also holds a BA (Hons.) degree in Surface Pattern Design.
