Emily Jane Moore is an accomplished pastry chef having baked and
decorated Contemporary Wedding cakes, Baby & Christening cakes
and Birthday & Anniversary cakes, during the past ten years.
She holds the City and Guilds Patisserie, and the Centra Sugarcraft
Certificates.
Emily holds a BA (hons.) Degree in Surface Pattern Design and lectures in Sugarcraft and Cake Decoration at Lancashire Adult College, Chorley.
Emily was shortlisted for the British Bakery Awards 2011.
